PULL THROUGH 2025

We have officially outgrown our HQ Gym for the Pull Through! What better place to come together and pull for a good cause than Westside Barbell! Westside has always been our primary sponsor for the event dating back to the first pull ever. It is exciting to watch this next chapter kick off.

We will still be in support of The SSG Matthre Pucino Foundation and their work to house severely wounded veterans with custom adaptive smart homes, and now we will also share the support with bulldog rescues local to Columbus Ohio- a cause that was always dear to Louie Simmons and Westside Barbell.

This year 50 lifters will have a chance to pull within the legendary walls of Westide Barbell and help our veterans.

Each lifter will be offered three attempts to achieve a One Rep Max Deadlift. Each registered lifter will also receive three raffle tickets, and an event T Shirt.

Visitors and guests are welcome to attend and participate in our numerous raffle items
