Puff n Pose Yoga @ Sticky's

A gentle, elevated yoga experience for all levels—no experience necessary. Class is now held at this location every 2nd and 4th Saturday, 10:00am-11:15am

Doors open: 9:45 AM

Arrive early to purchase your preferred elevation (edible, smokeable, or drinkable) from Sticky’s and settle in. Please note: outside cannabis is not permitted, just as you wouldn’t bring your own alcohol to a bar.

Class starts: 10:10 AM

Enjoy a 50-minute gentle yoga class focused on stretching, relaxation, and stress relief. Movements are slow, guided, and beginner-friendly. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace.

Sound Bath Meditation

Class concludes with a 15-minute sound bath, allowing the calming vibrations of crystal bowls to wash over you and gently reset the nervous system.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat and any props you'd like

• Water bottle

(Limited mats and blocks available—arrive early if you need one. Water available for purchase.)

Come as you are and leave feeling calm, refreshed, and grounded. Perfect for first-timers and seasoned yogis alike.
