Puff and Pose Trap Yoga

Grab a friend or come solo and treat yourself to the Puff and Pose Trap Yoga Experience. This HIGH vibrational class led by Houston Yogi @PlanetDari will cultivate energy and frequencies that will allow you to heal and release emotions and trauma through upbeat vinyasa style yoga movements, dancing, and sound meditation. The event is held at a POC Woman owned suite and the class is hosted by a black yoga instructor so this will be a safe space for everyone especially POC to be able to engage in healthy self expression with no fear of judgement.

The Puff and Pose Yoga class will feature a live DJ, a herbal smoke bar with healing herbs such as mullein, mugwort, mint etc., Trap yoga, sound healing, and supernova vibes. Your ticket will include entry and participation in the class, herbal smoke blend bar, sound meditation session, as well as being entered into the event raffle for various prizes. There will be some amazing vendors in the building offering items such as custom waist beads, smoothies, infused beverages, and more.
