About this Event
Experience: Join us for a Japanese tea ceremony and celebrate the fall season with a Halloween twist. Enjoy matcha tea, okashi (Japanese sweets), and the opportunity to learn about tea culture from experienced practitioners from the Urasenke Tankokai Vancouver Association.
Location: 1F, Intergenerational Room. The tea ceremonies will take place during the Nikkei Garden Farmers Market, providing a festive atmosphere.
Tickets: Pre-registration is recommended to secure your spot. Tickets are $15 per person. Limited walk-in availability may be available on the day of the event.

Urasenke Tankokai Vancouver is dedicated to promoting the art of Japanese Tea Ceremonies. They frequently host demonstrations at Nikkei Centre events and festivals, and are able to instruct their craft in both English and Japanese.
