You will learn how to design a talk with intention, structure your message, and communicate with confidence, without unnecessary words or distractions. The emphasis is on clarity, impact, and conscious choice of what you say and why you say it.
This workshop is the first in a three-part training series on speaking and communication skills.
Trainer Bio
Gosia Beczkowska is a business trainer, coach, and facilitator specializing in communication, leadership, and personal effectiveness. She works with leaders, educators, and entrepreneurs who want to speak with clarity, confidence, and intention, especially in situations that require presence, structure, and impact.
With a background in management, project leadership, and adult education, she combines practical tools with a deep understanding of how people think, decide, and respond under pressure. Her work focuses not only on what we say, but why we say it, and how conscious communication supports learning, growth, and meaningful dialogue.
Gosia designs and leads workshops on public speaking, impromptu communication, feedback, and dialogue, helping participants move from automatic reactions to intentional, effective expression.
