PUBLIC SECTOR TENDERING FOR SMALL CONSTRUCTION BUSINESSES WEBINAR
Accessing large tenders for small construction businesses can be daunting but rewarding. This awareness session will outline how to search and apply for public sector tender opportunities, and to prepare a successful tender for a construction project. The session may be useful to small construction businesses, including heritage and other specialist contractors, who would like to understand more about the public sector tender process and accessing public sector tenders. The webinar should last approximately 2.5 hours, including a Q&A at the end of the session.

Trainer Overview: Gerard Graham, is a past regional Chair and Fellow Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Building. Currently working as a Consultant Bid Manager for a SME contractor in NI for the last 5 years, Gerard has also undertaken bid management work for design consultants, large contractors and specialist contractors including a restoration company as well as a demolition company – all NI based. His direct experience in public sector tendering specifically relating to the construction industry will be advantageous to attendees.
