Antlerless deer hunting bookings for Great Lake Conservation Area- Tumbledown Creek and Gunns MarshAbout this Event
- Each ticket entitles you to one week hunting starting on Wednesday and ending the following Tuesday.
- Dates are available from 6/4/2022 until 15/11/2022 (excluding 4/5/22 - 10/8/22)
- Tickets cover group bookings from 1-4 hunters (you only need to purchase one ticket per group)
- Land known as Tumbledown Creek* (PWS) including Gunns Marsh (HT) (excluding Gunns Lake and Little Lake) - Consisting of the portion of the Great Lake Conservation Area and Hydro Tasmania land east of the Poatina Road.
- Access from Poatina Road via the Gunns Marsh Road. Hunting only to the north west of the Gunns Marsh Road and transmission lines, recommended 4WD vehicles only.

- Permits shall be emailed to successful hunters in March 2022
- Successful permit holders have to adhere to the permit conditions, including the terms and conditions.
- To ensure hunter safety, all hunters on Parks and Wildlife Service (PWS) and Hydro Tasmania (HT) managed land must wear some form of hi-visibility/blaze orange clothing (i.e. hat, vest) to be more identifiable to other hunting parties.
