The City of West Allis, Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT), and LaLonde Contractors, Inc. are hosting a public involvement meeting regarding the upcoming W. Lincoln Ave. reconstruction project between S. 93rd and S. 97th Street on Tuesday, April 8 from 4-6 p.m. at City Hall (7525 W. Greenfield Ave.) in the Council Chambers.The proposed improvements include the complete reconstruction of the roadway and adjacent sidewalk. The existing storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water main facilities will also be replaced. Other improvements include the installation of new street lighting, roadway signing, and pavement marking, and traffic signal modifications at the intersection of W. National Avenue.
Construction is scheduled to begin mid-April 2025.
