Join the Public Interest Law Review for its annual fall symposium entitled "Immigration and Asylum Law: Current Trends and Challenges in Virginia and Across the Nation."
This symposium will provide a unique glimpse into the changing landscape of immigration and refugee law. The program will consist of several presentations, including an overview on current immigration and asylum law, barriers to language access, special immigrant juvenile status, and immigrant detention. Additionally, the symposium will host a panel of immigration judges and a separate presentation on the impact of the end of Chevron.
