NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners, Clark County, Ohio, will hold a Public Hearing on the 6th day of September, 2025, at approximately 6:00 p.m. in the Arts and Crafts Building at the Clark County Fairgrounds, located at 4401 S. Charleston Pike, Springfield, Ohio 45505, to consider designating proposed restricted areas for all Large Wind Farm, Large Solar Farm or Economically Significant Wind Farm Facility Development as described in Substitute Senate Bill 52 of the 134th General Assembly (SB52).
The Map for the proposed restriction of the unincorporated areas of Clark County pertaining thereto may be examined at the Board of County Commissioners, Clark County, Ohio, office, 3130 East Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45503, during regular business hours.
