Public Disco Block Party: Downtown📍 šxʷƛ̓ənəq Xwtl’e7énḵ Square (North Plaza at Vancouver Art Gallery)
🗓️ Saturday, August 29 | 2:00–10:00pm
🎟️ Free | All Ages
Public Disco closes out its 10th Summer Season with a free, all-ages day at šxʷƛ̓ənəq Xwtl'e7énḵ Square, in the heart of Downtown Van. This is where underground electronic music culture meets the city at large.
Curated for the second year by Dairy Free, the lineup brings all-vinyl sets from some of the city's most trusted selectors. An expanded record market returns after last year's success, joining a food market and the wide open steps of the Vancouver Art Gallery.
This is what Public Disco does best, placing dance music where it doesn't typically live, and making it feel like it belongs there.

✦ LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Public Disco Society acknowledges that our events take place on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. We recognize that the public spaces where we gather are situated on stolen land, and we commit to operating with care, respect, and responsibility.
