-Units must be cleaned out by the purchaser by 3:30 PM the day of auction.
-There are no dumpsters on property-all trash must be taken by the purchaser on the same day
-Cash Only transaction's
-Purchaser will have the option to rent the unit at the current monthly rate after purchase of the unit
(MUST BE RENTED ON THE DAY OF THE PURCHASE WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE OWNER OR MANAGMENT)
