Supporting “Coronation Gardens for food & nature” organised by The Wildlife Trusts in partnership with the National Federation of WIsThe aim of the competition is to encourage you to grow your own food in wildlife-friendly gardens or other spaces and produce an A4 album that records your experiences over the first year in no more than 12 pages plus a cover.
In taking part in the competition your WI will aim to achieve at least 4 out of the 5 criteria listed on the Campaign Cup Competition flyer, in one or more gardens, local spaces either at home or in a community space. These should be new initiatives. A window box is not too small!
Any number of venues within your WI may be included and any number of your members may be involved.
Entry Fee £2.00
Closing date for entry forms 18th May 2024
Submit your album to Evelyn Suffield House by 18th February 2025
for judging by the PA committee, supported by eminent botanist, Richard Hobbs
The new PA Campaign Cup will be awarded at FAM 2025
There will be a Zoom meeting with Richard Hobbs on Tuesday, 9th April at 10.30am with ideas on what WIs can do
