PUA CREW COLLECTIVE
We’re building our dream team — a collective of lei-maker alakaʻi and event assistants to join us for upcoming hotel activations, workshops, and creative experiences across Oʻahu.
If you love working with people, have an eye for beauty, and enjoy creating with your hands, this is your chance to be part of something special.
? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking individuals who: ✨ Are Polynesian or Polynesian-presenting ✨ Have lei-making, floral, or craft experience (or are willing to learn!) ✨ Are comfortable engaging with guests in a professional setting ✨ Have a positive, dependable, and collaborative energy ✨ Have reliable transportation and weekend availability

During this 2-hour interactive session, you’ll: ? Create a lei that expresses who you are ? Join a small-group connection circle ? Participate in fun, lighthearted mini-challenges ?
We’re looking for your presence, energy, and ability to connect.

NO EXPERIENCE, NO WORRIES! We are open to teaching during this event and offer training opportunities as needed.

The Pua Crew Collective Teacher Selection is exclusively for individuals seeking a professional contract to work for Intentional Teachings and House of Hinu. By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you are not currently operating an independent business, or planning to launch one in the immediate future, that directly competes with our services (specifically, lei making instruction, workshops, or event facilitation). All selected teachers will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure and Non-Competition Agreement as a condition of employment, which prohibits them from soliciting our clients or duplicating our proprietary services while under contract and for a reasonable period thereafter. If you currently operate a competing business, this event is not the right pathway for you.

Alaka’i Teaching Demonstration
Info: Each participant will receive a standardized set of fresh flower materials and tools. The core task is for each person to perform a short, focused Teaching Demonstration by guiding the crew through the initial steps of a kui-style lei (needle and thread method).
