Living with PTSD can feel overwhelming, but healing doesn’t have to be. We’re excited to introduce our very first PTSD support group paired with a trauma-informed meditation and movement program designed to help you:
· Build a sense of safety
· Regulate emotions through breath and mindfulness
· Reconnect with your body
· Process trauma gently and effectively
Each week focuses on practical tools and guided meditations, from grounding and body awareness to loving-kindness and flashback management.
Whether you’re just beginning your healing journey or looking to deepen your mindfulness practice, this course offers compassionate support and community every step of the way.
