Led by Dr Georgi Toma— a recognised expert in psychosocial hazards and Director of Heart Brain Works — this full-day, hands-on workshop is designed to equip WHS and HR professionals, as well as organisational leaders, with the clarity, tools,and confidence to embed psychosocial risk controls into day-to-day operations.

Drawing on Dr Toma’s extensive experience across New Zealand and Australia, and her work with organisations like Uber, Hitachi Energy, and Environment Canterbury, the session blends real-world insights, the latest research, and engaging activities. Participants will learn how to identify and manage key psychosocial risks, build a business case for psychosocial risk initiatives, equip line managers as frontline mitigators, and assess organisational maturity using a proven diagnostic framework.
