About this Event
A Soulful Evening of Song and Reflection
Take an evening to pause, breathe, and raise your voice in the company of others. Psychological Carol Night offers a warm, inclusive space for collective singing and reflection, designed not as a religious celebration, but as a deeply human one.
Guided by a Conductor alongside a School of Life facilitator, together, we’ll sing familiar carols and contemporary songs reimagined in a soulful, reflective way, interwoven with gentle psychological insights on themes such as wintering, belonging, and being heard.
The evening celebrates presence, resonance, and togetherness, reminding us that singing with others is one of the oldest ways we’ve found meaning and connection. Joyful yet introspective, it’s a space to make noise, to feel moved, and to rediscover the quiet power of the human voice.
No singing experience is required, just a willingness to join in, listen, and be moved.
