This session focuses on learning how to feel and interpret energy without becoming overwhelmed, a skill that is especially important for empaths and sensitive individuals.

In this circle we begin working more directly with energy — learning how to sense it, understand it, and maintain healthy energetic boundaries.
You’ll learn how to recognize the difference between emotional energy and intuitive information while strengthening your personal protection techniques.
✨ Topics include:
• Understanding energy fields (aura basics)
• Emotional vs energetic information
• Developing healthy psychic boundaries
• Protection techniques including shielding and cord awareness
✨ Each participant will receive a crystal companion to support their intuitive development.
