We are excited to announce that Ed Argyle from Argyle Property Associates is joining the PSN East Midlands event team, along side Jane Davis, Jo Parker-Liddle and Steve Hanham to give regular updates and insights on the Nottingham property market.
Founded by Ed, Argyle Property Associates is an independent Estate Agent for sales, lettings, and maintenance services covering Nottingham. Their approach is nimble and responsive, and they strive to deliver world-class property services. Drawing on senior commercial and negotiation experience from outside the property industry, they package this into an honest, approachable, no-nonsense approach to benefit buyers, sellers, renters, and landlords.
There will also be plenty of opportunities for great networking during the event, and we have confirmed two excellent speakers on SERVICED ACCOMMODATION.
Our first speaker, LOUISE WYNNE from WILDKIND INTERIORS, a renowned interior designer, will share her unique insights on how to SUPERCHARGE your Serviced Accommodation.
A little bit about LOUISE.
As an in-demand interior designer, Louise uses colour and design to make property developers more money more quickly, whether they're selling properties or renting rooms. She’s worked with national housebuilders on their show-home interiors and, more recently, has been on a mission to enlighten portfolio landlords and SME developers on the financial benefits of great interior design.
Trained in colour & design psychology, Louise writes for various industry magazines and is a regular speaker on the property networking circuit.
Our second speakers, DANNY O'BRIEN from BD SHORT STAYS.
DANNY is the Co-founder of PLACEMENT FINDR, the first-of-its-kind innovative application designed to change how government bodies access safe, fitting emergency accommodation. Working with multiple SA operators nationwide, Danny has tapped into an untouched serviced accommodation market, bringing opportunity to SA operators all over the country while providing young people in crisis with safe, homely environments for the following stages of their recovery.
