Protect Our Youth: SUD Prevention & Harm Reduction Training
Come join us for a special event focused on **substance use disorder (SUD)** prevention and harm reduction strategies. This in-person training will take place at the Sierra 2 Center for the Arts and Community. Learn valuable information and skills to help **protect our youth** from the dangers of substance abuse. Don't miss out on this important opportunity to make a difference!
The Protect our Youth: SUD Prevention and Harm Reduction Training is for adults working with youth impacted by the child welfare and/or juvenile legal systems in Sacramento County. This half-day training includes presentations from speakers who have expertise in addressing the needs of community members experiencing SUDs and will provide insight on ways to better support the young people we work with every day. We invite direct care staff, resource parents, county partners, to participate so as a community we can work together to address the needs of our youth to prevent SUDs through harm reductive strategies.
