Detailed Outline of ActivitiesThis event is a peaceful, organized, large-scale public demonstration to raise awareness of the significant impact that cuts to provincial veterinary services will have on farmers, livestock welfare, public health, and food security across New Brunswick.
The purpose of the event is to respectfully call on the provincial government to reconsider and reverse the reduction of provincial veterinarian services, which are critical for disease prevention, emergency livestock care, and the sustainability of the agricultural sector.
