Our Property Training & Mastermind Days are a great opportunity for property professionals to connect, learn and exchange ideas, insights, and experiences.
Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, this event is for anyone who wants to expand their knowledge, grow their network and find their next property deal within the next quarter.
Here's what we have planned for you:
- Property Ownership Structures Overview
Property Entrepreneurs Club founder and serial developer Tanner H. Hicks will be breaking down the different ways to structure property deals from single ownership to mutli-layered joint venture structures. He will provide an overview of why and when to use each structure and what questions to ask your advisors to obtain the right advice first time.
- Owning Property in a Pension - SIPP vs SSAS
A highly professional special guest (soon to be announced) will be taking you through the differences between SIPPs & SSASs and providing an overview of what can and can't be done within pensions. He will be outlining the multiple advantages of having a pension and why you need to consider one today.
- Property Tax Loopholes
We are very excited to announce Joshua Tharby will be sharing some of the available loopholes within property. My word, this session alone is worth thousands! Very excited for this...)
- Boardroom Deal Case Study
One of our highly successful Boardroom Mastermind Members will be sharing details of their latest development project. Warts and all. They'll cover how they found, structured and financed the deal, along with all the numbers, challenges and lessons.

- Non-members are welcomed on a "try before you join" basis. So if you have not attended one of these Training & Mastermind days before then we would love to welcome you, meet you and do everything we can to support you on your journey.
