Arron Holmes @holmesandkeys
Building momentum early through serviced accommodation and deal sourcing.
Arron has shown clear consistency and progress in building his property business through action, structure, and long-term thinking. He currently operates multiple short-term rental units, with further expansion underway — including a 7-bedroom serviced accommodation property in Liverpool, demonstrating a strong understanding of compliance, operational discipline, and cash-flow-driven short-term rental models.
Alongside managing his own portfolio, Arron has successfully agreed and sold 16 property deals within a nine-month period, highlighting his ability to analyse opportunities, negotiate confidently, and build strong investor relationships in live market conditions.
Arron has also invested £12,000 into his property education, reinforcing a long-term approach focused on systems, strategy, and sustainable growth rather than speculation.
