This is a two-part love letter to fermentation and craftsmanship.
5:00 PM – We begin at Proof Bread, where you'll go behind the scenes to discover the art and science of their legendary sourdough. Watch master bakers work their magic, learn what makes their crust sing, and understand why real bread takes time (and why it's worth every second).
6:00 PM – Then we move next door to Shea Cheese, where the real fun begins. We've curated a stunning lineup of artisan cheeses specifically chosen to make those beautiful Proof loaves shine. You'll taste your way through our case, discovering perfect pairings and unexpected combinations that'll change how you think about both bread and cheese.
We're talking crusty, tangy sourdough meeting creamy, funky, and aged cheeses. The kind of pairing where 1+1=10. Our cheesemongers will guide you through each bite, sharing stories about the makers, the milk, and the magic that happens when great bread meets exceptional cheese.
This event is BYOB – bring your favorite bottle to complete the experience.
Space is limited because good things (like sourdough) can't be rushed. This is for anyone who believes that the best moments in life involve breaking bread with good people and even better cheese.
