The Greater Augusta Arts Council, in partnership with Destination Augusta as part of the Authentic Augusta program, has developed an experience like no other!Promenade & Paint | Augusta's Public Art is part-tour-part-art-class. Take a walk-through Downtown Augusta with guide Michael Wolff and learn about Public Art through select sculptures, murals and more. Guests will meet in the Augusta Common and view the 4 new sculptures with the Augusta Sculpture Trail, walk along Broad St. to 8th, stopping for murals and arts history along the way. Then meet at Humanitree House on 8th St for a refreshing mural making experience with local Artist and owner Baruti Tucker where you will make your mark on a portion of a mural to be installed in the heart of the Garden City!
