Save The Date: Monday, November 4th 2024I am thrilled to announce an upcoming art exhibition featuring my latest works alongside the work of Atlanta multi media artist Roxane Hollosi. The exhibition will be held at The Sacred Heart Cultural Center. Our exhibit opens at Sacred Heart on November 4th in The Great Hall and will then hang in their Art Hall through December 20th. This event will showcase my recent series of abstract paintings as well as Roxane's multi-disciplinary creations.
In my latest series, I have embarked on a personal journey to get reacquainted with red! Each piece vibrates with a variety of shades of red: crimson, vermilion, scarlet, and burgundy, bringing a vibrant energy to the forefront. This series features strong shapes and bold, direct brushstrokes, offering what I hope will be a powerful visual and emotive experience.
Roxane Hollosi, originally from the Midwest, is an Atlanta-based multi-disciplinary artist influenced by the Native American spiritual sensibilities and respect for the Earth she was exposed to while living there. The exhibition will kick off with an opening reception on MONDAY November 4th from 4 - 6 pm. This will be a special opportunity to meet both artists and gain insights into our creative processes while enjoying the company of fellow art lovers in the beautiful setting of the Sacred Heart Cultural Center’s Great Hall.
(NOTE: Sacred Heart’s Art Receptions typically take place on Tuesday evenings but due to the general election on 11/5 the reception was moved to Monday, Nov. 4)
