Prom time is right around the corner!! We understand for some finding the funds to go might be a little tough. We are offering the chance to receive a free Prom Dress for High School Seniors Class of 2026 and Juniors Class of 2027 (case by case basis)!!Appointment is REQUIRED!!
To set up an appointment:
1.Click on link for appointment--REMEMBER To send picture of 25-26 School ID right after you submit the form to our email [email protected]
2. You will receive a confirmation message back OR we may need more information based on how the form is filled out
3. Email is monitored during normal business hours 9 am to 5:30 pm Monday thru Friday
Cut off date for appointments is April 5, 2026 (Sunday) at 8pm!
