Join the Texas Exes Katy Chapter for a meaningful day of service at Special Pals, a local no-K*ll animal shelter dedicated to rescuing and rehoming pets in need. Whether you're passionate about lending a hand or simply love spending time with animals, there’s something for everyone!
What to Expect:
- Lend a hand with shelter cleaning and organization
- Socialize and play with adoptable dogs and cats
- Support a great cause while bonding with fellow volunteers
- Choose a 2-hour volunteer shift that works best for you
Age Requirements:
- Volunteers must be 18+ to participate independently
- Volunteers ages 12–17 are welcome with a parent or guardian
- We maintain a 1:1 minor-to-adult ratio for safety
