Pregnancy is one of the most beautiful and transformative chapters of life, and it takes a village. To honor this season, Demati is hosting an accessible, intimate sunrise session at the Jefferson Memorial, dedicated entirely to expecting mothers and their partners.
Guided by Erringer Helbling, an expecting momma and RYPT certified prenatal yoga instructor, and supported by local expert Kaitlyn Wozniak (The Fit Doula), this morning is designed to help you safely move your body, connect with your baby, and share a restorative morning as the sun rises over the Tidal Basin.
What to Expect (6:45 AM - 7:45 AM):
- 45-Minute Practice: A gentle, fully guided soundscape prenatal yoga flow tailored for all trimesters (and safe/accessible for non-pregnant partners who wish to join!).
- Tea Social: A post-class community hour featuring a custom, pregnancy-safe herbal tea blended locally by Wild Roots Apothecary.
- Zero Friction: No need to lug heavy equipment across the city. Demati provides all premium yoga mats, soundscape headphones, and necessary support equipment for you.

Logistics & Arrival:
- What to Bring: Just yourselves, a water bottle, and a comfortable layer for the early morning breeze.
- Parking: If you are driving, we highly recommend parking in Lot A: 971 Ohio Dr SW, Washington, DC 20024. It is a scenic 10-minute walk to our meeting location in front of the Tidal Basin.
- Weather Policy: In the event of morning rain, class will be canceled by 8:00 PM the night prior and your account will be fully credited.
