This Family Day weekend, join us to pack 700 food baskets for families in need across Southern Ontario.About this Event
Take part in our Pop-Up Fundraising Food Basket Build – a special one-day event where your $10 ticket goes directly toward funding these food baskets. Families, friends, and community members will work together in teams through a fun, fast-paced assembly line, packing essential items like pasta, flour, dates, and beans. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people, connect over a shared purpose, and leave knowing you’ve made a meaningful difference in your community – and yes, it’s going to be an unforgettable experience.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- To stay with your group, place a separate order and select the same team #. No accommodations will be made to team numbers after registration.
- Recommended for ages 12+ due to the physical nature of the work and the warehouse-style environment.
- Our event is in high demand! To give everyone a chance to join the fun, please limit your registration to a small group and only sign up if you can attend.
- The event will be fast-paced and crowded, so please secure your phone and keys, and leave other valuables at home or in your car. Project Ramadan is not responsible for missing or damaged items.
- Strollers are not permitted in the basket building area for safety and space reasons.
- Need community service hours? Bring your forms and we’ll sign them at the event!
- No refunds!
- Attendees may be photographed or videotaped during the event. By entering the facility, you consent to Project Ramadan using these images/videos for marketing, advertising, and other related purposes.
