Whether you are a seasoned engineer in a medium or large manufacturing organization, a small business owner with your first big customer project, an IT manager organizing a software rollout, or you hold any number of other roles where complex work must be organized and planned, this lively and interactive program is for you. It will prepare you to manage your projects through the many unknowns and uncertainties prevalent in today’s ever-changing work environment.
Who Should Apply?
Any Richland or Crawford County employee who wants gain an introduction to project management techniques.
Mission:
The Richland Area Chamber & Economic Development and its partners are developing an ecosystem of digital skilling through its Microsoft TechSpark initiative.
Tuition:
This program is funded through a Microsoft TechSpark grant. There is no cost to participate.
When:
Tuesdays, October 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29 from 11 to 1 p.m.
