In addition to the programs listed below, the Paynetown Activity Center is open Thursday-Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m., featuring a different drop-in craft each day along with live snakes, kids play area, puzzle table, and coloring table. ARRIVE ON TIME! Join the naturalist to transform old t-shirts (provided!) into chunky woven fabric bracelets. This craft is recommended for older children and adults; younger children must have a dedicated adult helper. 30 to 45 minutes

Watch for a naturalist roving the CAMPGROUND to discover how to identify three plants to avoid touching and why: poison ivy, stinging nettle, and cow parsnip - and what to do if you accidentally run into them.
