Professor-Wrecks, is a Black queer woman from Chicago who has been DJing since 2017, most notably with Party Noire in Hyde Park. They are an open-format DJ who specializes in remixes and high-energy dance sets. Their style blends a range of genres, remixing everything from 90s and early 2000s R&B and hip-hop to contemporary tracks with a focus on dance music styles like Chicago house, soul-house, ghetto house, Detroit techno, Miami/Atlanta bass, Brazilian funk, amapiano, dancehall, reggaeton, afrobeats, and club music like Jersey club.Their goal is to curate an inclusive, high-energy atmosphere where everyone feels inspired to move.
Doors open at 6pm for a cover free happy hour until 7pm. Our $10 cover at the door starts at 8pm.
RSVPs do not guarentee entry but serve as calendar reminders for our guests and anticipated volume of attendees for our staff. RSVPs are not required for entry.
