PL&C are constantly evolving with new material. In 2025 the group released a full recording, Crowin’ Around on Woodstock Records and is now being played on over 184 Radio Stations across the country. The hit from the albumElevate Yourself has been the featured song on many radio stations. The group performs consistently and has a dedicated fan base. The songs on Crowin’ Around have added a new dimension to their live shows with originals along with songs of artists that Louie worked and produced including The Band, Commander Cody, Graham Parker, Bob Dylan and more.
Professor Louie & The Crowmatix from Woodstock, NY music combines elements of rock ‘n’ roll, blues, folk, gospel and jam-band. Louie was a collaborator with The Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall Of Fame group, The Band, for over 17 years. The show includes songs from that repertoire learned directly from The Band and songs Louie created with themincluding their comeback hit Atlantic City, Blind Willie McTell & Book Faded Brown.

Their connection with audiences at shows helps create a family rapport. Professor Louie (keyboards-vocals-accordion) is joined onstage by band mates Miss Marie (vocals, percussion and piano) Frank Campbell (bass, vocals) guitar-slinging skills of Todd Mihan and drummer Dan Hickey.
