To open the 80th Stroud Arts Festival, in collaboration with Stroud Book Festival, we’re delighted to welcome Daisy Fancourt to discuss her remarkable book Art Cure: The Science of How the Arts Transform Our Health with books journalist and Stroud Book Festival Programme Director, Caroline Sanderson.Daisy is an award-winning professor at University College London who leads the World Health Organisation’s agenda on the arts and health. She is one of the most cited scientists in the world for her pioneering work on how the arts help us both survive and thrive.
