Mediation is an effective way to resolve disputes confidentially and out of court. In this professional 40-hour training presented by our highly skilled training team, you will learn and practice the skills required to become a neutral facilitative mediator in any setting.This course combines 20 hours of asynchronous online learning with 20 hours of in-person practice. Trainees will complete weekly content and assignments in preparation for the Friday in-person practice and skill-building sessions which begin on April 24, 2026. Weekly in person sessions will be held on Friday April 24, May 1, May 8, and May 15.
This course design offers flexibility for the hustle and bustle of daily life while ensuring plenty of practice time together.
