Explore the possibilities of printmaking with respected collaborative printer Basil Hall and National Gallery Artist Educator Annika Romeyn. Designed for teachers, this workshop focuses on processes and materials suitable for a classroom environment. On Friday afternoon, gather inspiration from the exhibition Proofs & Processes: The Kenneth Tyler Collection, through a tour with Kira Godoroja-Prieckaerts, Kenneth E Tyler Assistant Curator.On Saturday and Sunday, be immersed in a full weekend of hands-on learning at Megalo Print Studio. Gain experience and confidence with collagraph and watercolour monotype printmaking techniques, using an etching press.
By experimenting with a range of approaches, you will create a set of examples and resources to support your own teaching practice.
