With a background spanning both industry and academia, he has engaged globally in speaking and consulting for significant change initiatives. Dr. Cady’s impact extends through his extensive contributions to literature, having authored multiple articles and books, notably The Change Handbook, available in four languages. He also holds prominent roles in various organizations, serving on editorial review boards for journals like the Journal of Applied Behavioral Sciences (JABS). Notably, Dr. Cady has served as Chief Editor of the Organization Development Journal and is the founder of NEXUS4change — a thriving global network uniting over 20,000 collaborative change professionals.
