About this Event
The development and utilization of adaptive, healthy responses to life’s stressors and various behavioral health challenges is a necessary skill for many. Unfortunately, this skill is not always taught, and some may even lack the resources to create healthy habits. For that reason, among others, people turn to therapists, doctors, and other types of treatment providers for help. Advanced Recovery System’s presentation on “Building Client Coping Skills” is focused on helping treatment providers better assist their clients in the development of these skills, identification of helpful resources, and strategies for helping clients utilize their coping skills on a consistent basis.
