Join us for an inspiring evening celebrating growth, leadership, and community at the Professional Development Summit, the culminating event of the UNLV Latino Alumni Mentorship Program.

This dynamic experience brings together mentors, mentees, alumni, and industry professionals for a powerful blend of professional development and meaningful connection. The evening will feature a high-impact Executive Leadership Keynote & Mastery Session led by Executive Coach Eddie Rivera, designed to elevate confidence, executive presence, and leadership skills, whether you're just starting out or advancing in your career.

Attendees will also hear impactful stories from current mentees, highlighting personal and professional transformations throughout the program. The event will conclude with a Recognition Ceremony, honoring participants and acknowledging the mentors and sponsors who made this journey possible. We will also open interest sign-ups for the next phase of the program for both mentors and mentees.

After the program, continue the momentum at our Professional Networking Hour, connect with attendees, industry leaders, and community partners offering resources, internships, and meaningful opportunities.
