About This Cohort
The Actor’s Journey is launching a structured 2026 acting cohort focused on serious Meisner training and cinematic short film production.
This is not a drop-in class.
It is a committed ensemble environment designed for individuals who want to grow deeply in craft and create meaningful work, and receive professional film credits.
Over the evening, you will:
- Learn what the Meisner technique really is (and why it’s trusted by serious actors worldwide)
- Understand the training pathway and the level of commitment required
- Watch work created by The Actor's Journey, submitted to previous film festivals
- Ask honest questions about the craft, the industry, and the commitment required
- Share a beer with the community
By the end of the night, you’ll know:

- What the weekly commitment involves

- How the application process works
