Sprint Forward with ChatGPT: Enhancing Product Development with AI
Join us for an immersive, hands-on workshop designed to revolutionize the way Agile teamwork leverages the cutting-edge capabilities of ChatGPT and other AI tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness in delivering valuable products.
This workshop will equip Agile teams with the skills and knowledge needed to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), specifically Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT and Machine Learning Tools in Product Development.
During this workshop, learners will work in small groups to come up with an idea that they will take from ideation through product vision and product backlog, including story mapping, product backlog refinement, and more. We will cover methods of using AI- in refining ideas, prioritizing tasks, and aligning to the Product Goal and the Sprint Goal. In addition, they will also get an introduction to what LLM is and how it works for a.
Target Audience: People with iterative and incremental product development knowledge who want to improve their skills in product discovery, product backlog development, and refinement, and want to incorporate AI and LLM skills.
You don’t need to know about AI and LLM to participate- we will teach you the basics of AI, how it works, and how to use it to your advantage.
