Proctor Air: Vapour & air permeable but highly water resistant roofing underlay, allowing even very complex pitched roofs to breathe without need for air gaps or secondary venting. This membrane allows natural air movement to ‘supercharge’ passage of moisture vapour from a roofspace, making condensation in a roofspace virtually impossible.
Wraptite: Solves problem of reliably achieving airtightness in buildings, with a robust two component solution comprising Wraptite & Wraptite Tape. This saves on labour and material costs of other solutions required to achieve energy efficiency requirements.
Protech Radon 400: A reinforced radon barrier with unique robust & flexible composition, also providing a damp proof membrane eliminating need for a separate DPM.
