It's that time of year to process your birds. If anyone is interested in learning how, I can teach you.My farm is located north of Wimberley.
In a 5 hour course we will humanly deal with the roo / hen,
scald and defeather in the machine,
Hand process on the table,
chill and bag,
shrink wrap and chill.
You take your processed bird home in your own cooler. I provide everything else.
Once you know how, it's easy for you to do at home. A 30 min. processing time, just like Grandma did is a skill you should have!
