Doug Eisenhart currently serves as the President of Cambridge Air Solutions, a second generation family owned business owned by The Kramer family. They help leaders in manufacturing and warehousing create healthy work environments for hard working people. The organization started in a garage with an invention of an air curtain and has grown steadily since 1963.

Doug’s background is predominantly family-owned business oriented with his own family in the food brokerage business representing food manufacturers in the supermarket, mass merchandiser and convenience channels of distribution. He then joined Dot Foods, Inc, a family owned multi-billion dollar re-distributor serving the foodservice and supermarket industries.

Doug joined Cambridge in January of 2014. His background in sales and marketing has guided his growth mindset, believing that with great teams and great process, there are unlimited opportunities for teams and companies to thrive.
