Meet their passionate team and indulge in tasting Procera's exquisite gins, perfectly suited for the summer season. Among our exceptional offerings, we are thrilled to present the Procera Green Dot 2023 Vintage, the most terroir-driven expression in their range. This unique gin embodies the remarkable qualities of the Juniperus Procera tree, with each vintage release being completely distinct. The 2023 vintage is particularly special, as it is crafted exclusively from juniper berries, wood, and foliage sourced from a majestic single tree in the high-altitude area of Narok. Its depth of flavour and intensity make it an ideal base for a martini, while also being incredibly versatile for other classic gin serves!
During the tasting you will also have the opportunity to taste the Red and Blue Dot gins by Procera.
