Strengthening Young People Against Anxiety & Building Emotional Resilience

Join Mindfull Aus for a powerful and practical evening focused on understanding anxiety in young people and building the emotional strength they need to navigate life with courage.

Anxiety is part of being human. But when it becomes overwhelming, it can interfere with learning, relationships, confidence and everyday functioning.

This session offers a reassuring and empowering way to understand anxiety and respond in ways that build calm, connection and capability.

Karen will explore:

• Why anxiety shows up in young people
• How anxiety can look in behaviour, including anger, avoidance and physical symptoms such as tummy aches
• What adults can do in the moment to preserve connection
• How to guide young people toward brave behaviour without increasing pressure

Whether you are parenting a young child, supporting a teenager, working in education or caring for young people in any capacity, this evening provides practical insight and understanding you can apply immediately.
