About this Event
We're running it back for another year!
Join PRO, ASICS, and FEAR MKE for a high-energy relay workout at the Pettit Center to demo the new Nimbus 28. Teams of two will alternate laps and various lower body exercises across six rounds, with prizes for the fastest Men’s, Women’s, and Coed teams.
RELAY RULES
Teams will run 12 laps total (6 laps per person - 1 lap = ~1/4 mile).
While one teammate is running, the other will be doing an exercise:
- Round 1: Squats
- Round 2: Reverse Lunges
- Round 3: Standing Knee to Elbow Crunches
- Round 4: Squats
- Round 5: Reverse Lunges
- Round 6: Standing Knee to Elbow Crunches
The fastest team in all 3 categories will win a prize from ASICS.
POST-RELAY PARTY
After the relay, we'll head upstairs to the party room for an award ceremony followed by free Barbiere's pizza and beverages.
BONUS: The first 75 runners to check in at the Pettit will receive an exclusive PRO x ASICS x FEAR water bottle.
