Te' is a certified Reiki Master, Mental Health First Aider, and Transformation Coach with over 8 years of experience supporting individuals through emotional healing, addiction recovery, and spiritual growth.
She is also the author of Tainted: Overcoming the Stigma of Sexual Trauma and the founder of Soulful Shift.
Her mission is to guide clients toward self-awareness, empowerment, and lasting inner peace.
