☀️ A Lighthearted Partner Yoga Class

This enjoyable partner yoga class is designed to be lighthearted, proving that yoga doesn’t always have to be serious. It’s a wonderful activity to share with your favorite person.

• The class begins with breathing exercises together.
• It continues with solo warm-ups and various partner poses.
• The session concludes with guided relaxation, featuring an aromatherapy treat.

This yoga class is an excellent opportunity to strengthen the bond between two people. In relationships, everything is reciprocal: the more we respect our partner, the more respect we receive; the more we give, the more we gain; the more we listen, the more we are heard; and ultimately, the more fun we have together.

Allow the soothing rhythm of the waves, the stunning ocean vista, and the gentle breeze to uplift your spirit as you reconnect with nature.

After class, take advantage of the rejuvenating benefits of being by the sea with a refreshing dip in the ocean's healing embrace or enjoy some leisurely time along the shore.

Class duration: 75 minutes.

Nestled in the heart of Lauderdale, our beautiful, expansive beach area provides easy access without the hassle of crowded lounge chairs. We're conveniently close to hotels, parking, and shops. Additional details below.

Lisa Pumper, E-RYT500, YACEP, who has over 25 years of experience. She is the resident teacher at Bonnet House and the LOOP, as well as the founder of Fort Lauderdale Beach Yoga and YCFL ~ or at times her teaching team.

⚠️ This event ticket special rate does not include tips. All bookings must provide a cell number and email so we can contact them directly to confirm.

☀️ Arrival Guidelines for Class:

• The teacher will arrive approximately 10 minutes early to set up the colored flags that will designate the check-in area.
• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class to check in with the teacher.
• If you're crossing the bridge, allow yourself extra time for travel.

🎒 What to Bring:

• BYO a large sheet or blanket for ample coverage from the sand during practice.
• A yoga mat is optional; however, if you have one, placing it beneath the sheet can offer additional stability. Also have a small hand towel to use for a prop and to wipe off sweat or sand.
• Don't forget essential items such as **sunglasses**, **sunscreen**, and a **bottle of water**.
• Expect to sweat! Wear **swimsuits** or **fitness attire** and feel free to take a dip in the ocean after class or rinse off at beach entrances.

This spacious, tranquil area features no crowded beach chairs and ample hourly metered parking. It’s just a short walk from major hotels, small food shops, bars, and convenience stores on NE 9th Street. *Look for colorful flags on the beach* (amber / white lights for evening events ).
